Communications and Training Coordinator (Aviation - Civil Service)

Knowledge and Skills: **1 **Knowledge of FAA regulations pertaining to public use airport facilities. 2 Knowledge of training manuals, programs, and the implement of new communications. 3 Ability to collect data and prepare accurate and clear non-compliance and accident reports. 4 Ability to provide service in crisis situations. 5 Ability to train, teach, and help users of the airport with varying backgrounds and knowledge. 6 Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. 7 Ability to assist in effectively resolving a variety of service problems in operation of a large public building. 8 Ability to enforce restrictions on the public effectively and courteously. 9 Ability to perform project management tasks. 10 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
