DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Group Company Secretary/Corporate Governance Lead, duties include: 1. Ensuring compliance with Companies Act and financial laws 2. Ensuring timely statutory filings with Registrar of Companies and other regulatory bodies 3. Keeping proper statutory records 4. Replying to technical queries 5. Organising board meetings, committee meetings and shareholders meetings 6. Preparing and keeping proper minutes of meetings 7. Preparing resolutions and reports for Board 8. Assist in maintaining proper corporate governance 9. Liaising with all regulatory bodies 10. Keeping proper CDD documents on Officers, shareholders and UBOs 11. Supervision and coaching of staff 12. Perform any other relevant administrative duties
