What to expect
As Complaint Advisor, you will join us on our journey and undertake a high-impact role responsible for providing effective management of Customer and Postmaster complaints through to resolution. Taking ownership of concerns raised, building a complete understanding of issues through detailed investigations
Complaint Advisors ensure all concerns are addressed, communicating clearly and effectively with complainants, colleagues and stakeholders throughout the process. As primary contacts for complaints, this role is key to building trust in Post Office for our Customers and Postmasters

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate effectively in written and verbal form with stakeholders at all levels
- Individual contributor able to work autonomously, as well as good interpersonal skills to work as part of a wider team.
- Develop and manage key relationships across the business, with manager, and cross-functionally.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Demonstrable experience of completing assignments and activities to a high standard of quality whilst meeting key objectives and targets.
- Proven experience in following standard operating procedures and processes effectively to achieve time-efficient results.
