Compliance Ops Specialist (Process Automation) - Сyprus

About the roleWe are looking for a hands-on Compliance Operations Specialist with a strong focus on process automation, data handling, and workflow optimization. This role is not a traditional AML compliance position — it is closer to a compliance automation / operations / data analyst role within the Compliance team. The main goal is to help the team build more efficient, scalable, and automated compliance processes across onboarding, monitoring, reporting, and internal controls. What you will do• Support the automation of compliance-related operational workflows, reporting, dashboards, and risk metrics and scoring; • Review, investigate, and resolve AML alerts in the screening system related to PEPs, sanctions, and adverse media; • Provide operational support across different AML and Compliance functions while identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation; • Prepare structured inputs for developers and help define requirements for more complex technical integrations; • Maintain and improve reports, dashboards, and data-driven monitoring tools; • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, IT, and business teams; • Translate business needs into AML-compliant technical requirements; • Analyse large volumes of data and statistics, and prepare management reports; • Gradually deepen your understanding of AML and compliance processes within the fintech environment; • Learn the company’s compliance frameworks and business model, and grow into AML-related operational specialist over time.
