What you'll do

• Implement and maintain the Company’s Compliance Management System across key compliance areas, including competition law, data protection, anti-corruption and fraud prevention, third-party compliance, product safety, tax compliance, and labor law
• Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks, and develop and implement appropriate mitigation measures
• Provide guidance and support to business functions on the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the compliance framework
• Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and recommend updates to compliance policies, procedures, and controls as needed
• Support internal compliance reviews, audits, investigations, and remediation activities, ensuring timely follow-up on identified actions

About you

• At least 2 years of work experience in the legal field
• Work experience in data protection and competition law is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, strong time management skills, initiative, and excellent presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English, with knowledge of German being an advantage
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
