Would you like to play a key role in ensuring high-quality component data and documentation in a technical and international environment? In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining components while ensuring a high level of data quality. Come and join us!

We are facing an exciting future with considerable growth and demanding changes, as we deliver advanced technologies and mission critical solutions for the defense and aerospace industry. Our systems provide security for people on land, at sea and in the air. Therefore, we are looking for an Component Administrator to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Your role in our team

As our new Component Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of electronic and mechanical components. You will participate in the creation and maintenance of components in R&D using design tools, including 2D/3D Drawings, and you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of component data and drawings.

You will act as a “gatekeeper” and ensure high quality in the maintenance and creation of components – primarily within the electrical and electronics area. In addition, you will be responsible for collecting and managing component data and datasheets from suppliers and other sources, while ensuring compliance with our component policies.

You will become part of a team of 20–25 dedicated colleagues with strong technical competencies within the electromechanical field. Working closely together with our existing Component Administrator, you will join a collaborative and diverse team characterized by openness, strong teamwork, and a culture built on mutual respect and positive energy. In this role, you will be an important link between several departments, including R&D, Purchasing, Quality, and our suppliers.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

    • Create and maintain 2D and 3D component drawings and data in R&D design tools, primarily Siemens Capital Essentials and Solid Edge.
    • Verify components and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
    • Participate in the component release process.
    • Manage and maintain alternative component parts and substitutions.
    • Coordinate technical aspects of Specification Control Drawings (SCD)
    • Monitoring component status

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

    • You have a relevant educational background, such as Technical Designer, Production Technologist, Technical Assistant, or similar.
    • You possess a technical background and are experienced in creating 2D/3D drawings, as well as working with PLM systems to update and maintain component data.
    • You have experience working with electrical components and a solid understanding of their functionality.
    • We work with tools such as IFS, Capital Essentials, Solid Edge, Windchill, CATIA, and similar systems.

We do not expect you to be familiar with all the tools, as we will provide the necessary training. Most importantly, you have experience working with CAD/design software and PLM systems.

As a person, you are detail-oriented and quality-conscious, with a structured approach to your work and documentation. You thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork and knowledge sharing are valued, and your strong attention to detail contributes to ensuring efficiency and accuracy in your daily work.

We are an international company representing world-class expertise, delivering complex and high-tech products.
