Join Stockland’s Halcyon Construction team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality homes that create lasting communities. This is a permanent, full‑time opportunity based on site at Halcyon Promenade, Burpengary East, QLD, supporting the end‑to‑end construction journey of new homes.
We’re Looking For…
An organised, detail‑focused administrator who enjoys working in a fast‑paced construction environment and takes pride in getting things right. Your role will see you work closely with the broader Operations team as well as Construction team on site and Sales teams ensuring every home is delivered with care, quality and accuracy.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will manage the administrative coordination of homes throughout pre‑construction and construction, supporting the Construction and Home Specialists teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You will:
- Coordinate all pre‑construction and construction administration activities from approvals through to handover
- Manage key documentation including building approvals, contracts, certifications and compliance records
- Prepare and issue building contracts and construction‑issued plans
- Liaise closely with Site Supervisors, Operations and Home Specialist teams
- Track progress, manage workflows and maintain accurate records across systems
- Compile handover and close‑out documentation, including Form 21 and warranty information
- Support reporting, meetings and continuous improvement initiatives within the team
This role exists to ensure every home is delivered efficiently, compliantly and to Stockland’s quality standards, contributing directly to homeowner satisfaction.

You take ownership of your work, notice the details others might miss, and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. You are looking for a stable, long‑term role where your contribution genuinely matters.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Experience in administration, operations or coordination, ideally in construction, property or a regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to self‑check work
- Confidence managing high‑volume workflows and competing priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Competency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly
