Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Note: Preference given to students graduating between Dec 2026 and Spring 2027.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) is required. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or P6 is a strong plus.
Soft Skills: You are a clear communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone. You have "grit" and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Mobility: Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
