About The Role We're looking for a full-time Content Creator Intern (Art & Video) to join our Creative team, ideally available to start on short notice and able to commit to a minimum of five months. If you're passionate about art direction, design, storytelling on social media, and spend your time creating, editing or experimenting with visual content, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you're an undergraduate, recent graduate or looking to kickstart a career in advertising, content or design, this internship offers the opportunity to work on real campaigns for global brands in a fast-paced creative environment.

What does the role involve? As part of the Creative team, you'll work alongside Art Directors, Copywriters and Production Creatives to bring ideas to life across social platforms. You'll help create content from concept to execution, designing assets, editing videos and supporting the team on creative productions. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain experience developing work for real clients while sharpening your creative thinking, craft and technical skills.

Your key responsibilities will include: • Conceptualise and art direct social media assets across a range of platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. • Edit short-form videos, social-first content and motion assets for both organic and paid campaigns. • Assist the creative team in developing concepts, moodboards, storyboards and presentation materials. • Adapt creative across multiple formats, sizes and platforms while maintaining brand consistency. • Create simple motion graphics, animations and video cutdowns where required. • Support photoshoots and content productions through on-set assistance, asset management and post-production. • Retouch imagery, prepare artwork for delivery and organise creative assets and working files. • Stay on top of social trends, creator content and emerging platform behaviours to inspire fresh creative ideas. • Work collaboratively with Strategy, Account Management, Community and Production teams throughout the creative process.
