Our culture is built on supporting each team member to exceed their goals and make meaningful contributions to the company's success. Working with us means you'll join a team of exceptionally talented individuals who are driven by results and innovation. We see our team members as partners, and we work together to raise standards and achieve excellence. Organic content is one of our biggest growth levers. Our YouTube channel alone has become a major revenue engine, and we publish a high volume of long-form and short-form content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Shorts. We have proven messaging, a strong founder voice, and an editing team in place. What we need is the operator who keeps the whole engine running every day. This is the day-to-day operational backbone of our organic content. You will run the content pipeline, manage the organic editing team, keep YouTube and short-form publishing on cadence, and own the operational layer that keeps everything reliable, from SEO and compliance to planning and project delivery. Our Social Media Growth Strategist sets creative direction, strategy, and standards. You own the execution: you turn that direction into consistently published, high-performing content, and you keep the team, the calendar, and the systems moving without dropping a beat. If you are a systems-minded operator who loves turning a content strategy into a machine that ships on time and improves every week, this role was built for you. You will report to the Head of Marketing, working day-to-day under the oversight of the Social Media Growth Strategist. This is not a paid media role; the Paid team runs its own content and editors.
What You'll Own• Run the day-to-day operation of the organic content engine across YouTube (long-form) and short-form (Shorts, Reels, TikTok), supporting both long and short form end to end • Manage the organic editing team day-to-day: hiring, onboarding, scheduling, deadlines, workflow, and throughput. The Social Media Growth Strategist sets creative standards and direction; you keep the team shipping to those standards on time • Own execution of the organic content calendar and the publishing cadence across all channels • YouTube channel management: uploads, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, cards and end screens, and community • Oversee testimonial video production, from pipeline to publish • Run split testing across YouTube (thumbnails, titles, hooks) and hand clean results back to the Social Media Growth Strategist and the Paid team • Track organic performance, report weekly, and feed winning hooks, themes, and formats back to the Strategist and the Paid team • Coordinate SEO tasks and website hygiene, including blog operations and website consolidation • Coordinate FTC compliance checks across organic content and funnels, and flag legal risk to leadership • Reputation monitoring and response coordination • Drive the quarterly planning cadence and monthly sweeps across the organic org • Coordinate course and content project delivery: timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness • Create SOPs and repeatable workflows so the organic engine runs on reliable systems rather than one-off effort
