Discover Your Purpose: Role Summary

As our Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Lead reporting to the Colgate Business Services (CBS) Governance, CPI & Control Sr Manager, you will be a visionary architect of the Future of Finance within our CBS Mexico Finance team. You will drive digital transformation across key finance streams—including Credit to Cash and Source to Pay—by leading high-impact automation and standardization initiatives. Based in Mexico City, you will influence regional efficiency and build cutting-edge capabilities that empower our organization to evolve and excel.

Your Impact: Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of digital transformation opportunities across the Latin America region using Six Sigma and advanced automation methodologies.
• Supervise the end-to-end design and development of automation tools while managing the operational maintenance of existing scripts, bots, and AI assistants.
• Serve as the primary interface between IT development teams and business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex requirements into scalable automated solutions.
• Direct and mentor a self-directed team of CPI Stream Coordinators, providing the specialized training and support necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Collaborate with regional Stream Leads to build organizational capabilities in emerging technologies such as Celonis, Artificial Intelligence, and RPA.
• Ensure all developed solutions maintain strict SOX compliance and adhere to internal control concepts and financial priorities.

Skills That Make Us Smile: Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Robotics, Software/Data Analytics Engineering, or a related field
• +2 years of experience developing and implementing solutions with SAP Scripting, Domo, Google Data Studio, AI, and advanced Excel macros.
• Demonstrated knowledge of automation development using tools such as UiPath, VBA, Java, or Python.
• Professional-level fluency in English to effectively collaborate and share best practices across global teams.
• Foundational understanding of finance processes and organizational end-to-end structures.

• Professional certifications in Six Sigma (Continuous Process Improvement), Project Management, RPA Technology, or Data Analytics.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to integrate and coordinate multidisciplinary, self-directed teams.
• Technical proficiency with SAP Finance modules and internal control frameworks like SOX.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and foster a culture of simplification and standardization across different geographies.
• Excellent communication and networking skills to facilitate the "connecting of dots" between people and automated processes.
