Core Functions:

  • Review and evaluate existing and new third-party payer contracts to determine financial impact and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain internal systems to monitor payer data and produce timely, accurate reports for management.
  • Analyze and validate contract terms to ensure accurate payment compliance and communicate discrepancies to management.
  • Prepare financial reports on services, programs, ventures, and systems to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide reporting support by extracting data from enterprise systems such as Strata, Epic, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with claims analysts and payers to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Support managers in understanding and utilizing reimbursement reports.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to improve visibility into financial metrics using tools from the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to assist in financial planning.
  • Assist in the implementation and training of new internal control systems and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
