Your team’s dynamic:

The Video Product Line Team is a team of individuals who is responsible for the Product Management of the video capabilities and video device integration, as well as communication capabilities and intercoms integration to our security platform. Our team is also responsible to maintain and develop relationships with technology partners.

As a Product Line Specialist, you will be responsible for our Technology Partner Program which consist of helping technology partners, mainly device manufacturers, to integrated their solution in our platform.

You will be introduced into a highly collaborative environment where sharing knowledge and ideas is an ongoing endeavor.

Our solutions allow airports, retail chains, transportation control centers, cities, schools, prisons, etc., around the world to improve safety and security for the protection of our daily lives.

Your day at a glance:

Your main responsibility will be to maintain our Technology Partner Program.

This consists of:

• Responsible for the on-board and invoicing of new partners in the Technology Partner Program
• Plan, schedule, invoice and follow up all the device integration requests
• Track partner information and integration status
• Report periodically statistics on the technology by partner program
• Create, configure and extend demo licenses to technology partners
• Communicate with partners new software releases and features information

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Sciences, Business with IT background or equivalent experience
• Have good planning and prioritization abilities – Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and successfully within respective constraints and deadlines
• Strong people skills and approachability; capacity to interact at all levels of the organization
• Strong collaboration skills – demonstrated ability to lead and influence others in a project and matrix environment
• Feel comfortable using Microsoft tools (Office 365, Power BI, Sharepoint, etc.)
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers
