- Receive and review Credit Proposal Memos (CPMs) from different Business Lines either for new credit relationship, renewal, overrun, or special transactions.
- Identifying all types of risks that surrounds the credit case, its degree and whether it is mitigated or not.
- Preparing numerical risk rating that is divided into financial & nonfinancial factors, on which our risk recommendation will be based on.
- Preparing Credit risk memos to be presented to the Risk committee.

10. Backend Engineer I/II/III/Staff/Senior Staff

Requirements: ​

- From 2 - 10 Years Experience

- Experience working in JVM based programming languages like Java 8+, Kotlin and/or modern backend frameworks like Spring-Boot.

- Significant experience writing, utilizing and securing RESTful API services in large scale distributed applications.

- Experience with microservice architectures, including understanding of service discovery and circuit breakers.

11. Startups Integration Lead

 Role Overview:

 The Startups Integration Lead is the bridge between Banque Misr and the Egyptian startup ecosystem. This role owns the end-to-end journey of identifying, piloting, and scaling fintech and startup partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities

·       Source, evaluate, and onboard high-potential startups aligned to ISV Sector's strategic priorities

·       Manage the full startup engagement lifecycle from initial outreach through due diligence to pilot execution

·       Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Business Units to facilitate startup integrations

·       Track and report on the venture clienting pipeline using defined OKRs and KPIs

12. Innovation Platform Lead

Role Overview:

The Innovation Platform Lead owns the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Banque Misr's internal innovation infrastructure  including innovation management tools, idea pipeline systems, and the sandbox platform. This role ensures that innovation is a structured, repeatable, and measurable capability across the bank.

Key Responsibilities 

·       Own and operate Banque Misr's innovation management platform from ideation intake through experimentation to portfolio management

16. Venture Studio Architect

ROLE SUMMARY

The Lead, Software & Venture Architecture is the technical backbone of BMVentures' Corporate Ventures Studio. This role is responsible for designing, governing, and evolving the software and systems architecture that underpins every venture BMVentures builds — from platform APIs and microservices, through data and AI infrastructure, to core banking integrations.

Sitting at the intersection of software engineering, fintech product thinking, and venture building, this role ensures that every new venture is built on scalable, secure, and extensible technical foundations — while remaining fast enough to validate ideas at startup speed inside one of Egypt's largest financial institutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Platform & Product Architecture

•     Design API-first, microservices-based architectures for each new venture — ensuring modularity, reusability, and interoperability across the BMVentures portfolio

•     Define tech stack standards for venture builds: cloud provider selection, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy

•     Produce architecture blueprints and system design documents for each venture prior to engineering kickoff

•     Lead technical reviews at key stage gates — ensuring ventures meet scalability, security, and integration standards before advancing

2. Data & AI Systems Architecture

•     Design data infrastructure for venture-level analytics: data pipelines, feature stores, model serving layers, and real-time dashboards

•     Architect ML/AI systems for use cases including propensity modelling, credit scoring, fraud detection, and personalization engines

•     Define data governance standards: schema design, data lineage, access controls, and compliance with CBE and Banque Misr data policies

•     Support the Allianz JV data workstream and embedded finance pilots with agentic AI and joint analytics infrastructure

3. Core Banking & Fintech Integration Architecture

•     Design integration layers between BMVentures ventures and Banque Misr's core banking systems — including LOS/scoring connectors, KYB/eKYC flows, iScore, and payment rails

•     Define API contracts and middleware patterns for embedded finance products (BNPL, RBF, SME credit lines) connecting to partner platforms such as Noon, Cartona, and E-Finance

•     Ensure InfoSec and compliance requirements are embedded in all integration designs — including SOC/SIEM monitoring, multi-tenancy controls, and encryption standards

•     Maintain an integration registry across the portfolio, tracking all third-party dependencies and API versioning

4. Technical Governance & Engineering Standards

•     Define and maintain the BMVentures technical architecture playbook: coding standards, architecture decision records (ADRs), and review processes

•     Conduct architecture audits across active ventures, identifying risks, redundancies, and optimization opportunities

•     Work with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate build vs. buy decisions, ensuring alignment with the Microsoft Innovation Funnel Stack

•     Contribute to the Innovation Portal technical architecture and oversee UAT review for platform releases

ROLE SUMMARY

The Strategic Intelligence Manager is the primary intelligence production lead within the Innovation Intelligence & Strategy function. The role operates the organisation's ongoing market scanning and synthesis engine — producing the intelligence products that inform strategic decisions across the innovation funnel. It manages the Strategic Radar, the executive signal briefs, the thematic deep-dives and the corporate innovation portal. •    Design and execute the market intelligence scanning process: continuously monitor startup ecosystems, technology platforms, regulatory developments, competitive intelligence and sector-specific innovation trends across all strategic theme domains

•    Produce a weekly executive signal brief: a concise, high-signal summary of the most material market developments delivered to the CINO on a fixed, non-negotiable schedule

•    Manage the innovation content and editorial calendar: plan, commission, edit and approve all externally published intelligence content ensuring thematic alignment and institutional quality standards

•    Conduct rapid-turnaround thematic deep-dives on request: high-quality intelligence analyses on specific market domains, emerging technologies or competitive scenarios, typically within 48–72 hours

•    Maintain and curate the structured intelligence library: a searchable, current repository of research outputs, market maps, source databases and thematic files accessible to the full innovation team

•    Collect and compile innovation portfolio performance data in coordination with the Innovation Performance Manager and delivery teams
