Objetivo del puesto

Asegurar el correcto y oportuno cierre y su adecuado registro contable, analizando variables en inventarios, costos de producción, rentabilidad por proyectos. Coordinar conteos cíclicos semanales. Elaborar informes financieros detallados, ayudando a la generación de estrategias que permitan mejorar la rentabilidad de la planta.

Funciones

• Garantizar que los costos de planta sean monitoreados y controlados para contribuir directamente en la toma de decisiones estratégicas y operativas.
• Realizar análisis exhaustivo de los costos asociados a la producción, incluyendo costos directos e indirectos para identificar áreas de mejoras en los procesos.
• Supervisar inventarios con el fin de asegurar que los costos de almacenamiento y manejo se mantengan bajo control, coordinando los conteos cíclicos semanales.
• Diseñar e implementar controles internos para garantizar que el proceso de costos de manufactura sea eficiente y transparente

Requisitos

• Lic. en Contaduría o Finanzas (título y cédula)
• Inglés conversacional
• Experiencia de al menos 2 años en áreas de costos y contabilidad general.
• Deseable conocimiento y manejo de sistemas: SAP, Oracle, HFM
• Deseable experiencia en industria automotriz y maquiladora.
