  2. Overview: We are looking for a Country Manager (Indonesia) who strongly in strategic and entrepreneurial Sales & digital marketing to lead and drive the growth of our mobile trading application - Traze - in Indonesia. This role is responsible for building the Indonesia market from the ground up, including user acquisition, digital growth strategy, business performance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong business leader with proven experience in mobile app growth, digital marketing, and market expansion, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will work closely with regional leadership and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, therefore Mandarin proficiency is essential.

  3. Principal Accountabilities: • Develop and execute the Indonesia market entry and expansion strategy for Traze

• Build and drive full-funnel digital growth strategy, including: • User acquisition (paid media, affiliates, KOLs) • App install and activation (KYC, deposit, trading) • Retention and user lifecycle management

• Own and manage key busienss metrics including: • User growth • Trading volume • Revenue and profitability

• Work closely with Group Product teams to: • Localize the mobile app for Indonesia market • Improve user experience and conversion funnel

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to refine business strategy • Build, lead, and scale the local team across growth, marketing, and operations • Establish and manage local partnerships, affiliate networks, and business channels • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align business direction and execution • Ensure effective operational processes, governance, and compliance standards are in place • Manage and approve regional budget and resource allocation
