Your role As a Country Manager you will acts as the primary market authority for Cyprus, directly influencing product prioritization, brand strategy, and regulatory positioning, with high visibility to the Group’s senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities: • Own the Cyprus P&L end-to-end: revenue, margin, marketing investment, and cost base. • Develop and execute the annual commercial plan (budget, forecasts, channel mix, product roadmap priorities) in partnership with the HQ team. • Translate group-level strategy into Cyprus-specific market execution, with clear OKRs and resource allocation. • Monitor performance daily/weekly/monthly against KPIs and proactively reallocate resources to protect or accelerate targets. • Lead and oversee all acquisition channels: performance marketing, affiliates, SEO/organic, ATL, and local partnerships. • Drive FTD growth while maintaining cost efficiency (CPFTD) within approved budget bands. • Identify and exploit untapped segments or verticals to expand the player base. • Own and evolve the Cyprus brand narrative and media presence. • Oversee CRM and lifecycle management to maximise player LTV across all segments. • Define and execute VIP strategy in Cyprus, working closely with the Group VIP team to retain and grow high-value player relationships. • Drive reactivation performance and proactively manage churn indicators. • Act as the voice of the Cyprus market internally: surface product gaps, UX friction, and localization needs to the Product and Tech teams. • Prioritize and advocate for Cyprus-specific product enhancements with a clear commercial rationale. • Ensure localization of promotions, content, payment methods, and customer communication. • Build productive relationships with the regulator and act as the company’s market representative when required. Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to anticipate regulatory changes and adapt commercial plans accordingly. • Provide structured weekly and monthly reporting to the HQ covering revenue performance, KPI dashboards, market intelligence, and strategic initiatives.
