Creator Growth Associate

Job Title: Creator Growth Associate Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: Flexible (U.S. time zones preferred)

Job Overview:Our client, a fast-growing gut health and wellness brand, is looking for a Creator Growth Associate to fuel the top of their TikTok creator funnel. In this role, you will recruit, activate, and scale high-performing creators while contributing directly to revenue growth and creator-led GMV. This is a highly execution-focused role centered on outbound outreach, creator relationships, and building systems that turn creator partnerships into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:• Proactively identify and recruit high-potential TikTok creators through outbound outreach, creator discovery tools (TikTok, Fastmoss, Euka), and affiliate platforms • Leverage EUKA and other affiliate messaging tools to build, manage, and scale a robust creator pipeline • Build, send, and iterate on target plans for priority creators, verticals, and competitor brand talent • Promote and grow the brand’s Discord creator community to onboard and engage new creators • Partner with Promotions and TikTok leadership to align creator recruitment with upcoming campaigns • Track and report on creator recruitment progress, performance, and GMV impact • Acquire and activate high-performing creators from adjacent and competing brands
