Job description
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Credit Specialist Analyst
In this role you will:
- Support the development and delivery of the credit proposition within Private Banking, including assisting with the management of a full suite of credit products and solutions for target clients.
- Support Senior Credit Specialists in driving the growth of the Private Banking credit business by providing credit expertise to Relationship Managers and clients.
- Prepare high-quality credit submissions for internal approval and support end-to-end loan execution, including documentation coordination, conditions precedent tracking and post-approval follow-up with stakeholders.
- Conduct credit analysis and due diligence, including financial spreading, cashflow assessment, collateral evaluation, facility structuring support and sensitivity/scenario analysis.
- Support Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and watchlist management activities, including data gathering, action tracking and remediation support.
To be successful you will need:

University degree in a relevant discipline.

Experience in lending or other credit-related functions, ideally within Private Banking / Wealth Management.

Sound knowledge of collateral lending and structured credit solutions for private clients, with the ability to learn product features and risk drivers quickly.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, concise credit write-ups.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; client-facing exposure is an advantage.

Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
