Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking clients across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general service issues. • Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information. • Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system. • Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly. • Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
