Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and requests through calls, email, live chat, social media and other communication channels. • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant department and follow up until closure. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints. • Contribute to achieving team performance targets, customer satisfaction goals and operational KPIs. • Adhere to the quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) for response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
