Job Title: Customer Care Intern
Location: Riyadh – Roshan Front
Department: Customer Care KSA
Duration: [6 months]
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in tracking and updating order status using pre-prepared, non-sensitive reports.
· Support the team in preparing daily and weekly operational summaries.
· Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, customer care) for status follow-ups.
· Help maintain organized documentation and filing of operational records.
· Support in preparing presentations and reports for internal meetings.
· Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Customer Care team
Qualifications & Skills
· Business fluency in English and Arabic
· Highly organized
· Experience with and proficiency using SAP and the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
· Minimum education level: University (Bachelor’s Degree)
· A completed a degree in English, Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics, or a related field
· Strong attention to detail and leading skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
· Ability to handle tasks with confidentiality and professionalism
· Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
