We are seeking a highly curious, data-driven Customer Development Executive to accelerate growth within Chemist Warehouse. This role is pivotal in driving omnichannel execution and building brand penetration through the ACPL framework (Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, and Loyalty).
*Please note this is a 12 month contract.
Playing a key role in the Customer Development team, this position is responsible for the execution of a truly omnichannel business plan. Utilising strong analytical skills to gain insights, the CDE role is responsible for providing support to Pharmacy CDT in four key areas:-
- Creating a business leading digital culture
- Being “great to business with” with Chemist Warehouse
- Providing predictive analytics and forecasting ownership
- Implementing big bet strategic imperatives with Chemist Warehouse
Critical to this exciting role, is an ability to work within a cross functional team in a fast paced environment with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution & Planning
- Drive "Big Bet" Initiatives: Lead the execution of high-priority strategic projects and key business growth drivers.
- Omnichannel Integration: Deliver seamless business plans with Chemist Warehouse
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Category Managers, Commercial Strategy, and Retail Execution teams to align retail execution with broader business goals.
Data & Predictive Analytics
- Forecasting Ownership: Manage the Atlas platform and lead predictive forecasting to optimise promotional planning.
- Actionable Insights: Translate complex data and analytics into tangible customer growth strategies and commercial plans.
- Gap Analysis: Proactively identify knowledge gaps and market trends to brief the wider Commercial team.
