Customer Experience Specialist

- Provide friendly and attentive service to our merchants through various channels.
- Offer 2nd level escalation support and subject matter expertise to the agents on 1st level support.
- Investigate issues thoroughly to find quick solutions and provide long-term, customized fixes.
- Work with different teams across the organization to resolve merchant concerns promptly.
- Proactively engage with merchants to identify, address, and resolve underlying issues impacting their experience.
- Contact merchants with unresolved issues to offer helpful solutions and improve satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of merchant interactions to improve efficiency and speed up resolution time.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English; Fluency in French is considered an asset.
- Prior experience in customer service, retention, or sales.
- Strong in communication, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strong resolve and a ‘solution-based approach’ mentality
- Comfortable and versatile when working in a lively environment with various tasks.
- Reliable and committed to providing excellent service that will build the Nuvei name.
