Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:
- As the Customer Identity and Access Management Specialist, your role is responsible for configuring, developing, and maintaining customer identity and profile capabilities using SAP Gigya / SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC) for our 700+ eCommerce and Brand Websites. The role designs and manages profile management in line with GDPR and other privacy regulations, and collaborates with business and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant identity and data solutions that enable personalization and trust.
Responsibilities :
Understand and apply information technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities.
- Build and maintain solutions on CIAM to meet future data driven, near real time personalization and omni channel needs.
- Design and implement registration, login, and social login flows including screen-sets, RaaS, and authentication policies.
- Security & Compliance: Supports multifactor authentication (MFA) and provides robust tools to meet data privacy laws.
- Set up and optimize data flows/integrations between SAP CDC and downstream systems (e.g., commerce, CRM, marketing, analytics) via APIs, webhooks, and ETL tools.
- Experience supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- CIAM implementation and ensure consistent UX and compliance across multiple sites and devices.
Required Qualifications :
- Over all 3+ years of IT experience and min 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Gigya / SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for implementing and customizing screen-sets.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and integration with CRM, commerce, and marketing systems.
- Understanding of authentication/authorization (OAuth, SAML, JWT, SSO).
- Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA and privacy-by-design principles.
Preferred Qualifications :
- SAP Gigya / SAP Customer Data Cloud certification (or equivalent CIAM/CDP certification).
- CDP platforms, ideally including large, multi-region implementations
- Working on Agile/Scrum development teams
