Job Overview

 

Customer Issue Support: Responds to routine customer quality inquiries and concerns in collaboration with Manufacturing Quality, ensuring basic customer service standards are met.
 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Quality Issue Resolution: Assists in addressing customer-related quality issues by gathering information and working with senior team members to provide timely responses.
  • Customer Communication: Provides customer contact support for basic quality matters, following established protocols and escalating complex issues appropriately.
  • Process Participation: Participates in customer quality activities including data collection for audits and evaluations under supervision. Quick response to customer's issue and visit customers regularly to develop good relationship.
  • Basic Analysis: Supports the team in identifying customer needs and documenting feedback that may lead to quality improvements.
  • Participates in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate the sorting activities with regards to quality defect by meeting customer requirements, preparing product defect report and providing quality training to subcontractor to satisfy customer expectations.
  • Monitoring complaint processing (processing time, response time, content of 8D reports and effectiveness of corrective actions) and report to manager.
  • Monitor customer scorecards and definition of actions by negative trend.

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of customer quality background
  • Knowledge in QC Tools such as SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.
  • Knowledge in IATF16949 and ISO9000 requirements
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Good English knowledge, verbal and writing
  • Flexible and loadable
  • Independent working behaviour
  • Ability making decisions
  • Social competence
  • Team worker
  • Knows how to drive and with valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
  • Excellent negotiating skills
