Main Responsibilities • Administer and support daily activities related to the continuous use of the Oracle Service Cloud console. • Contribute to the proactive optimization of the application, including system health monitoring and improvements. • Maintain ePay’s knowledge base (create, update, audit, and clean as needed). • Improve customer service procedures, policies, and organizational standards. • Manage Oracle Service Cloud site configurations. • Analyze statistics and other data to assess service performance levels. • Participate in product update meetings and weekly operational meetings as needed. • Conduct training for new and existing employees on Oracle Service Cloud.
