Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Assist clients with insurance-related questions and requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text
  • Follow up with clients regarding documentation and policy updates
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer information in company systems
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
  • Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
  • Availability to work during PST business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Sales or client retention experience is an advantage
