Customer Service Representative

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist clients with insurance-related questions and requests
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation and policy updates
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in company systems
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
- Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
- Availability to work during PST business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems
- Sales or client retention experience is an advantage
