In this role, you will:

  • Answer calls from business clients to provide first-line support for technical questions related to Teltonika Networks products.
  • Communicate with customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, ticketing platforms, online meetings, forums, and other communication tools.
  • Advise customers and sales representatives on how to integrate and use our products, resolve technical issues, and assist with basic troubleshooting.
  • Escalate more complex cases to Networking and IoT Engineers, ensure clear and effective communication between the customer and internal teams.

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to engage clients effectively with empathy, patience, and active listening.
  • Good spoken and written English skills.
  • Customer-centric approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge relevant to the role; willingness to quickly learn technical concepts related to networking equipment.
  • Strong aptitude for problem-solving, leveraging analytical thinking and creativity to address challenges and optimize solutions.
  • Proficiency working with computers and common office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, web-based systems).
  • General understanding of how computer networks and internet devices operate.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Passion for technology and innovation. Staying informed about industry trends and advancements, would be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service would be considered an advantage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 10 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~1670 Eur—3000 Eur)pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
