Customer Service Specialist - London, Ontario

Voyago is hiring 2 part-time Customer Service Specialists for our Logistics Centre in London, Ontario.

Your Role Reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor, you are responsible for receiving calls and booking trips accurately and efficiently for our non-emergency Patient Transfer Division. You must also provide a high degree of customer service in a fast paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities Operations: • Coordinates bookings and prepare customer correspondence for special events • Complete FT Customer Service Specialist Shifts • Ensures dispatch operations are in accordance with established standards • Completes order entry accurately • Price transfers/fares accurately

Customer Service: • Provide a high level of customer service • Provide response times • De-escalate customer concerns

Administration: • Authorizes credit cards for current and future transfers
