As a Customer Service Specialist – MPC, you will be the first point of contact for customers exploring life with Stockland, helping them feel informed, supported and excited from their very first enquiry.

 

We’re Looking For…

You will sit within our National Sales & Service team, playing a key role in converting online and phone enquiries into meaningful customer relationships and sales opportunities. Based in Eglinton, this permanent full‑time role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people and making things happen.

 

What You’ll Do

You will manage inbound enquiries across phone and digital channels, qualify and nurture leads, and partner closely with project sales teams to drive strong outcomes. Along the way, you will share the right information at the right time, capture insights that improve the customer experience, and ensure every interaction reflects Stockland’s brand and values**.**

You enjoy fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments and take pride in delivering standout service. You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and know how to guide customers through decisions with confidence. Experience & Skills That Count

  • Customer service or sales experience in a people‑focused environment
  • Confidence engaging customers via phone and digital channels
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce highly regarded
