Apply NowJob summary: Under the supervision of the FBO manager (fixed base operation), the supervisor contributes to the achievement of sales objectives, operational efficiency and quality of services offered by customer service representatives. He mobilizes his team to make full use of their skills and the tools at their disposal in order to make the customer experience exemplary and positive. Main Responsibilities: • Supervise the team of customer service representatives and act as a resource person; • Create a stimulating climate that promotes commitment and teamwork; • Develop, through coaching, the skills of team members, identify and meet training and support needs, etc.; • Ensure the quality of the work carried out by its employees; • Follow up and take the necessary actions to achieve sales and customer retention objectives • Prepare work schedules and manage attendance at work. • Participate in the optimization of information management tools, including social media • Identify, analyze and resolve problems quickly, make the necessary corrections or escalate as needed • Carry out special projects and mandates entrusted to him on a timely basis
