Service Area: Guernsey Airport

    

Salary Grade: PSE Grade A 

   

Salary Range: £669.73 - £690.52 per week (Including Alternating Shift Allowance and Consolidation Pay)

   

Working Arrangements: Full Time

    

The States of Guernsey are looking for a Customer Services Agent to join the team at Guernsey Airport.

 

The Customer Services Agent will deliver exceptional front line customer service to airport users, providing support to customers who require special assistance ensuring they receive efficient, friendly and professional assistance throughout their journey in support of Guernsey Ports key strategic vision of putting the customer first.
