We are proud of who we are and are looking for fast thinking, friendly and confident individuals to join our customer services team.

We provide a time sensitive service, so our people need to be calm and collected with good communication skills.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 7.30am to 2.00pm

Ideally you will be a fast and accurate computer user, who can confidently handle queries with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

You will put our customers first, by understanding issues, collaborating with other staff and contractors, and providing solutions to meet expectations. 

The role includes the following:

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Assist customers with tracking parcels and delivery information
• Handle customer complaints or delivery issues and escalate when required
• Respond to emails and online enquiries/investigations
• Assist customers sending parcels and processing payments
• Provide information on courier services, prices, and delivery times
• Assist with depot duties such as scanning
• Freight sorting when required
• Managing problem freight
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised depot including reception area

• A strong focus on performance and customer satisfaction levels
• Ability to relate well to customers and contractors
• A natural problem solver you will look for opportunities to meet customer needs
