Customer Success Manager
Apply NowWe are seeking a proactive and highly organized Customer Success Manager to oversee client projects from post-sale through final delivery. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth, well-communicated experience while coordinating across multiple stages of production and installation. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely completion of all milestones. Duties / Tasks to perform• Guide clients through the full project lifecycle after sales closure, including onboarding and process orientation • Collect and organize required documentation such as logos, surveys, and approvals • Submit permit applications and track approvals with relevant authorities • Coordinate and communicate production and installation timelines • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and issue resolution • Monitor project progress to ensure completion within a 4–6 week timeframe • Confirm project completion, including documentation and photos • Support final payment collection and project closure
