Key Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team. • Document customer interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in CRM or helpdesk software. • Provide guidance on product/service usage, policies, and procedures. • Track and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance. • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, product, or operations) to resolve complex issues. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management to improve processes.
