Our support team strives to offer users the best experience possible. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with a passion for understanding customer needs and helping them make the most of our platform. The role involves taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution—enhancing Elorus’ reputation for exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do • Answer user questions and resolve issues via chat, email, or phone. • Create, organize, and publish support content (guides, FAQs, best practices). • Document problem areas to support collaboration with the product team. • Explain product updates and improvements to users.
