We need a structured, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support B2B order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination. This is an operational coordination role.

Job Responsibilities: • Manage customer email communication (order status, documentation, updates) • Enter customer orders in QuickBooks/ ERP • Prepare export documents, packing lists, certificates, and shipping documents • Coordinate with freight forwarders • Prepare weekly reports
