We’re a talented, passionate, experienced crew of developers architecting the foundation and workflows of Genetec’s next generation physical security product. We work both in the cloud with a cutting-edge cloud native WebApp, and on premise in cloud-connected desktop applications.

Web UI developed in React and Typescript
A web-based micro frontend architecture built on: React, Module Federation, WebPack
A cloud scale microservice ecosystem using C#/.NET
Infrastructure as code service deployment using AKS and Terraform

Your day at a glance:

As a developer on our team, you’ll work daily with cutting edge technologies, striving to develop an innovative user experience that both delights and offers real value to customers. You’ll also be:

Designing, developing and deploying your work to our environments in the cloud regularly
Working as part of a team that values continuous improvement and DevOps practice
Collaborating closely with user experience designers, software architects, product owners, software security experts, quality assurance and other partner teams to help build a highly secure, scalable, enterprise quality product

What makes you a great fit:

Bachelor's degree or College degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
Relevant experience in web development
Interest in user experience and UX development
A passion for bleeding edge technology
Ability to learn quickly and to understand complex problems
A team-player with a collaborative nature
Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)

An asset if you have:

C# and .NET
Azure Cloud technologies
Front-end Frameworks and languages like React, Typescript etc...
