The EHS Business Unit Data & Analytics Analyst supports BU and site-level EHS organizations through advanced data analytics, metrics consolidation, predictive modeling, and digital visualization. This role also supports AI-enabled EHS applications and data integration initiatives in partnership with IT and Digital teams.

Consolidate EHS data from enterprise platforms and systems.
Maintain data integrity through validation, cleansing, and standardization.
Develop and manage standardized BU EHS KPIs and metrics.
Provide metrics and reporting support to sites and BU EHS leadership.
Analyze EHS performance trends and risk drivers.
Develop predictive and leading-indicator analytics.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
Support BU operating reviews and executive reporting.
Support AI-enabled EHS applications and analytics tools.
Partner with IT/Digital teams on data integration and automation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles.
Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with AI software and integration technology preferred.
Strong English communication skills to communicate with global business leaders such as SEA, Mexico, China and United States.
