Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and passionate teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing the architecture for a Maintenance Server Application that interfaces with multiple subsystems, including ATC, IXL, ATS, and DCS systems. You’ll specifically take care of conducting technical training sessions and root cause analyses, but also contribute to optimizing costs through innovative ideas and methods.
We’ll look to you for:
- Ensuring adherence to Alstom rules, values (AIR), and processes
- Providing accurate and timely reporting
- Delivering on quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments
- Facilitating technical and management support for DMS engineers
- Organizing support for ATC and site teams in a timely manner
- Driving effective change management and requirement management processes
- Proactively communicating and resolving disputes
- Enabling team members to realize their potential and grow within the organization
- Supporting tenders and optimizing costs with innovative approaches
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science)
- 8+ years of experience in deployment and technical interface roles
- Sound technical knowledge in DMS (DevOps, Kubernetes, AWS, Linux, SQL, protocol, and network concepts)
- Experience in team management (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior knowledge in signalling maintenance or relevant experience (advantageous)
- Strong skills in change management and requirement management
- Proficiency with tools related to change and requirement management (advantageous)
- Clear communication and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
- Adaptability to new technologies and a commitment to continuous learning
- Proficiency in English and any national language
- Experience with IT tools such as Microsoft Office, DevOps, Exsi, and SQL
