Our client is now looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their growing team in Malta. You’ll be part of a supportive Scandinavian team, working closely with the Danish Team Leader and collaborating with colleagues across the company.

What You'll Be Doing • Guide customers through onboarding, documentation, and product information • Provide accurate and helpful support regarding products, services, and payment options • Identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities • Communicate with customers via email, SMS, and phone • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, industry standards, and legal requirements • Work closely with Payments and Collections teams to ensure clear, efficient processes • Contribute to maintaining a friendly, positive team culture • Assist with various customer service–related tasks as needed

Additional Responsibilities• Help prepare sales reports and documentation • Support training and onboarding of new colleagues • Assist in documenting workflows and team processes • Suggest improvements to tools, systems, and routines • Handle ad hoc tasks requested by the Head of New Markets
