Internship in the Data and AI Department

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our team in the areas of data architecture and artificial intelligence. In this role, you will contribute to practical initiatives that improve how data is structured, governed, and used across the organization, while also supporting selected AI-related use cases and experimentation.

This position is a strong fit for a student who is interested in data, technology, and innovation, and who wants to gain hands-on experience in a business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in documenting data flows, data structures, and architecture-related processes
• Help organize and maintain data architecture materials, standards, and templates
• Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into structured data needs
• Contribute to AI-related initiatives such as research, use-case evaluation, testing, or documentation
• Support the preparation of presentations, summaries, and recommendations for internal stakeholders
• Help improve data quality, transparency, and accessibility through structured analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support ongoing digital or analytics initiatives
• Conduct research on relevant trends, tools, and best practices in data architecture and AI

Your profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s program in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in data architecture, analytics, and AI
• Structured and analytical way of thinking
• Comfortable working with data, documentation, and problem-solving tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• First experience with SQL, Python, data modeling, git, pipelines or visualization tools
• Able to work with agile methodologies
• Basic understanding of databases, cloud environments, or AI/ML concepts
• Experience with Power BI or documentation tools such as Confluence or SharePoint
• Interest in business transformation and digital adoption
