Associate Continuous Improvement - Continuous Improvement Specialist

Job Duties

  • Co-facilitate continuous improvement workshops and rapid improvement events to solve real operational challenges across manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions
  • Analyze current state processes using data and structured problem-solving to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements
  • Partner with frontline leaders to design, implement, and sustain performance improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Contribute to strategic improvement initiatives by aligning daily operations with business goals and priorities
  • Apply Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies across diverse operational scenarios to drive measurable business impact
  • Support development of a data-driven culture by leveraging digital tools (e.g., dashboards, visualization platforms) to improve decision-making and process visibility
  • Facilitate training sessions and coach teams to build continuous improvement capabilities and problem-solving mindset
  • Engage with teams on the shopfloor to identify opportunities, generate ideas, and implement improvements that enhance productivity and quality

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects
  • Facilitate workshops and training to build continuous improvement capabilities

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in operations or manufacturing which includes experience in Continuous Improvement.
