Objective:

As a Senior Associate Data Analyst, you'll transform quantitative data into actionable business insights, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency for our clients in the financial sector. With a focus on data governance and analytics, you will partner with stakeholders to integrate data-driven strategies into their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive data analytics to support strategic decision-making aligned with industry best practices.
• Develop and manage reporting mechanisms to facilitate clear communication and data interpretation.
• Ensure robust data governance protocols are adhered to, maintaining data integrity and security.
• Provide occasional support in data science and engineering tasks as needed.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize data-centric solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Finance, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• About 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, solid expertise in SQL, PowerBI, Excel and/or Tableau, with a focus on reporting and data governance.
• Proven ability to analyze data, extract insights and articulate reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Desirable experience in data science and engineering, especially with Python and Databricks.
• Full professional fluency in English (C1) is mandatory.
• Former consulting experience is strongly desirable, especially working in customer, sales or marketing functions.
• Advanced communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proven project management skills, with a focus on timelines and stakeholder needs.
