Responbilities: • Conduct interviews with stakeholders, conduct surveys, and review existing systems to understand the organization's business goals and data needs. • Create data architecture models (conceptual, logical, and physical) suitable for the organization's data needs, prepare data flow diagrams and data dictionaries. • Design, select, and implement data storage solutions such as data warehouses, data lakes, operational data stores. • Design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate and transform data from different sources. • Create policies and procedures to ensure data quality, perform data profiling, and manage data cleansing processes. • Create policies and procedures to ensure data security, design access control mechanisms, and implement data security standards. • Evaluate new data technologies and tools, ensure compatibility with existing systems, and make recommendations for improvement. • Document and keep up-to-date data architecture, data models, data flows, and other related topics. • Work closely with other team members (data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, etc.) on data architecture projects.
