Data Business Partner

Position Summary The Data Business Partner (DBP) acts as a strategic bridge between business teams and data/AI capabilities, helping identify, prioritize, and deliver AI, analytics, and automation solutions that create measurable business impact. This role works closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to transform business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI, analytics, and automation opportunities. • Translate business needs into structured use cases, workflows, and actionable solution requirements. • Drive end-to-end delivery of data and AI initiatives from ideation through adoption. • Manage and prioritize delivery backlog in collaboration with product and technical teams. • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. • Define and track business KPIs to measure solution impact and adoption. • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, Governance, and IT teams to ensure solution feasibility and data readiness. • Document business workflows, user journeys, and process improvements to support scalable transformation. • Support continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and usage insights.
