You design, implement, validate, and deploy integrations between Civica products and customer systems, while contributing to data migration and cloud data warehousing solutions that ensure secure, reliable, and high‑quality outcomes for customers. The role sits within Civica’s Professional Services team and works closely with engineering, product, and project delivery colleagues across the business. You act as the primary technical interface for customers on integration and data matters, translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs and supporting delivery through build, test, and go‑live. The role operates within a global delivery environment and includes customer engagement, hybrid working arrangements, and travel as required. This opportunity places you at the centre of Civica’s mission to improve public services through technology. You contribute to meaningful, large‑scale programs supporting government, education, and community organisations, working in an environment that values technical excellence, collaboration, and delivery ownership.
