About the Role

• Project Planning & Management

• • Understand current finance process, understand the requirement from Tax/finance/Ops team and include them into ERP setting
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• • Coordinate with Finance team, cross-functional team and APAC regional for customization, issue resolution, and system integration.

• Stakeholder Communication

• • Act as the primary point of contact for local teams and APAC Regional.
• • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide timely project updates to stakeholders and executives.

• Risk & Issue Management

• • Identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve problems effectively.
• • Ensure compliance with SSP group processes, policies, and quality standards.

• Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• • Evaluates, repairs, and standardizes raw datasets to ensure high reliability and usability for business operations.
  • Work with Finance and other departments to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
• • Translate business needs into technical specifications for the ERP system.
  • Monitor system usage, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy.

• Change Management & Training

• • Drive change management strategies to support successful ERP adoption.
• • Coordinate user training, documentation, and support during and after go-live.

• Project Delivery

• • Ensure the ERP solution is configured, tested, and implemented according to project plans.
• • Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
